How long does a tub-to-shower conversion take?
Most standard conversions are measured in days once materials are on hand. Fully custom barrier-free builds take longer because of waterproofing cure times and tile work. Your written quote includes a schedule.
Can you work around a hospital discharge date?
Tell us the date at assessment. Where a full renovation can't land in time, we can often stage the work — safety-critical items first, finishes after.
Do you install grab bars without a full renovation?
Yes. Properly anchored grab bars, handheld showers, and similar safety hardware can be installed on their own.
Will this hurt resale value?
Done well, no — curbless showers are a mainstream design feature now, and accessible homes are in growing demand. We build it to look like a renovation, not a retrofit.
