Pallet racking and mezzanines are engineered products. We supply them through certified manufacturers and installers, obtain stamped drawings when your municipality or insurer requires them, and coordinate fire-protection and permit reviews before a single upright goes in. Staybel acts as general contractor so you deal with one company — not a supplier, an installer and a trade each pointing at the other.
Every quote carries a field-verification clause: if the slab, the sprinklers or the building itself turn out different than assumed, you hear about it before it costs you anything.

Paint, flooring, lighting, ceiling tile and small millwork — the fast, visible upgrade for a lease renewal or a new tenant, usually completed over a weekend or two.
Office Fit-out
Full tenant improvement: partitions, boardrooms, reception, kitchenette, washrooms, electrical, data and finishes — permit-ready drawings through occupancy.
Warehouse Systems
