Staybel is led by an Alberta construction professional with nearly three decades of hands-on experience across renovation, project estimating, property improvement, and construction operations. Through partner and affiliate operations — including residential renovation services and a flooring & project management company handling mid-sized commercial projects — leadership has managed work across Alberta's residential and commercial sectors.

Additional experience spans Alberta's foundation and structural repair industry: foundation evaluations, waterproofing systems, concrete and structural assessment coordination, moisture mitigation, and crawlspace and building stabilization solutions.
